Homelessness Crisis In The City

        would like to do a research paper on the homeless crisis in New York City.  Not only I found the topic very interesting to discuss, but also to find information of why this problem continues getting worse for so many years.  Each day, we saw more homeless people (including children) sleeping in the streets, subways, store-fronts and other places because of financial burdens and lack of effective assistances.  I wanted to find out at least 3 major reasons why the crisis still exists and also find out ideas that could actually help solve this crisis.
