3 Sources- Is NY An Affordable Place to Live In?

My first source is from the NYU Furman Center called “#NYC Housing- 10 Issiues for NYC’s next Mayor .” I chose this source because it is a reliable source. It contains various categories regarding real-estate, rentals and specific information on affordable housing. You can research, find the latest information on developments, policies and regulations, special projects and even debates and discussions. It is also a source from NY Universities Wagner School of Law and Public Service.

My second source is from Newsweek Magazine called “Tracing New York City’s Affordable Housing Problem.” It’s a reliable source from a U.S. Edition and has an author, date, pertinent information on the topic. It breaks down data such as percentage of income spent on rent, market price and census data.

My third source is from The NY Sun article called “Houston, New York has a problem.” I trust this site because it contains author, dates, official copywrights, etc. I chose this source to compare NY’s affordable housing with another state, that being Houston. This article compares Houston’s cost of living with affordable housing as well as economics- wages, taxes and transportation with that of New York.
