Useful sources about "Are Charter Schools Superior than District Schools?"

In order to develop a good research paper about “Are Charter Schools Superior than District Schools?” I am studying a broad variety of sources. Three of them are: charterschoolcenter.ed.gov, alternet.org and nytimes.com.  Chaterschoolcenter.ed.org is useful to my research paper because it provides the definition, benefits, history and more about charter schools.  I trust this source because it is a government site, the original web site of charter schools. Alternet.org will be helpful to my research because it has information about some problems NYC public schools have gone through, like teacher turnover. This is a trusted source because it is from an organization and provides information about the authors, date and the origin of the web site. Nytimes.com has an article that shows how some teachers who have been caught with unappropriated behavior, and they are sent to what is called “the reserve”.  If they deserve to go back to the classroom, they are sent to the low-performing district school. This is interesting to me because it might be one of the reasons why some schools are better than other ones, and that will be useful to my research paper. I trust this source because it is from the New York Times and provides good information about the author.
