Immigration within NY

Have you ever wondered how different races of people all around the world entered New York? It’s pretty common now but when it was new tons of people were flocking in.
Immigration, entrance of a person into a new country for the purpose of establishing permanent residence. Motives for immigration, like those for migration generally, are often economic, although religious or political factors may be very important. High rates of immigration are frequently accompanied by militant, and sometimes violent, calls for immigration restriction or deportation by nationalist groups. Most of which entered through Ellis island and therefore into the city of New York.
