When Gentrification Knocks on the Wrong Door

Gentrification had brought Manxo Lopez and his family to the Bronx from Brooklyn. And one more time, he is being pressured to sell his house and repeat the story. But he is in denial of moving from his red brick row house nestled on a historic South Bronx block in Mott Haven. He will do whatever it takes to prevent those people from taking him away from the neighborhood.
